Shipping + Handling
We are based in Canada, and we currently ship across Canada and to the United States. Prices are reflected in CAD during checkout, and this will be the currency that you will be billed in. The Exchange rate at which you will be charged, will be determined by your bank or paypal.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: All purchases will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding Canadian Statutory holidays) from the order date via Canada Post. A tracking number will be available at the time of purchase.
US SHIPPING: All purchases will be processed and shipped within 8-10 business days (excluding public holidays) from the order date via Canada Post. Please allow up to 3 weeks from the ship date as delays may occur due to customs. A tracking number will be available at the time of purchase. If applicable, all custom duties, taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. For further details of charges, please contact your local Customs office directly.
RISK OF LOSS : All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
